Our Mission Gay For Good mobilizes lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer (LGBTQ+) and ally volunteers to promote diversity, foster inclusion and strengthen ties to the broader community. The mission of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, Asexual Resource Center (LGBTQIA Resource Center) is to provide an open, safe, inclusive, LGBTQIA-affirming space and community that is committed to a continued mission gay of understanding and challenging all forms of oppression primarily focusing on underrepresented.

To create a caring, just, and affirming world for LGBTQ+ people and those who love them. An equitable, inclusive world where every LGBTQ+ person is safe, celebrated, empowered, and loved. We hold ourselves and each other responsible in our work. We communicate transparently, respond timely, set clear boundaries, and take ownership of our actions. We empower lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer individuals in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics by providing education, advocacy, professional development, networking, and peer support.
